At Last!

At last! A Sunday run that I feel good about. I met running buddy Tegwen at Park Road at 5:30AM. Tegwen has recovered well from her ankle injury so we decided to stretch ourselves a bit and run some extra K's. We ran along the river to Newstead then cut accross to the Brisbane General Hospital, on through Victoria Park to Gregory Terrace, the Normanby, Petrie Terrace, Milton Road and arrives back at Park Road in 1:43 having covered 21K. We were pretty pleased with ourselves.

I spent the rest of the day working on the cubby. I still have a lot to do.

Must be great to have your buddy back and running well. So, do all roads lead to Canberra 2008? Or are you guys going to team up and do Kurrrrawwwwwa?

Cubby coming along well, may have to hire you to help our renovation mate :-)

That's just too fast for a training run ... 21k in 1:43? wow!

Good to see you're back with your running buddy. I'll help in your build up to number 10, which will be?

By the way; Who was the famous runner that once said "#&it happens"?

Fantastic! You need to install the ducted air-con and the big screen TV ;)

Looks like Tegwen hasn't missed a beat.
