6.8K today in 31:52. Two consectutive days sub 32 mins. That's an improvement on last week. It is these sort of incremental improvements I am always looking for in my training. I find that they are good indicators of my general fitness.
Good to see you improving. It's the week to week stuff that I love - they are more consistent for me than PB's.
Heh Eddie - I am looking forward to eating you for breaky....or at least to see you eat my dust as I stream past you in the near future. So don't stop training buddy...gotta make it worth my while to overtake you :)
