Yah-hoo!!!!!!! I did it at last. 5K 19:28. Broken that 20 min barrier at last. Did it at the Brisbane Road Runners 5K Championship this morning. Only managed 2nd in my age category though. Fortunately the weather this morning was great for running. I couldn't have done it in the heat.
