Yes! I really notice that here on my rare morning runs when it goes from 1 degree to minus 2.
I wouldn't want to run with anyone in minus 2 degrees! Much warmer where you are, Eddie, even on a 'ho hum' sort of day!
I have a run near a creek and ever now and then I hit pockets of a completely different temperature ..... it's a strange feeling.
